Agreement to Terms

When you use our services, you agree to these terms. By hiring OakGuard Indio Fencing for any fencing project, you confirm that you have read and understood this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with our services.

Services Provided

We provide professional fence installation, repair, and replacement services in Indio, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include wood fences, vinyl fences, chain-link fences, aluminum fences, pool fencing, and commercial fencing solutions. Each project begins with a free consultation and estimate.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary if project scope changes or unforeseen site conditions are discovered. We will always discuss any changes with you before proceeding with additional work.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules vary by project size. For standard residential projects, we typically require a deposit to begin work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. All payments must be made in full before we consider a project complete.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated completion dates for all projects. While we strive to meet these timelines, factors beyond our control (weather, permit delays, supply chain issues) may affect scheduling. We will keep you informed of any changes to your project timeline.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and ensuring your fence project complies with local HOA rules and city regulations. We are happy to provide guidance and documentation to assist with permit applications, but final approval is between you and your local authorities.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship with a one-year labor warranty on all installations. Material warranties vary by manufacturer and type of fencing. We will provide specific warranty information for your chosen materials during the estimate process.

Property Access

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that pets are secured during our work hours. We will make every effort to minimize disruption to your property and clean up the work area daily.

Changes and Cancellations

Changes to your project scope must be requested in writing and may affect pricing and timeline. Cancellations made after work has begun may be subject to charges for materials purchased and labor completed up to the cancellation date.

Liability

We carry full liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not responsible for underground utilities that are not marked by the appropriate utility companies. You agree to have utilities marked before we begin any digging work.

Dispute Resolution

If any concerns arise during or after your project, please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to address any problems promptly and professionally.
